Property & Casualty Licensed agent gathers clients data, submits application to headquarters for quoting and preparing paperwork for the agent to closed the deal.
Commission:
30% of the commissioned premium.
If client's account is cancelled prior to the term of the policy chargebacks are applicable.
Licensed Agent gathers clients data, process the quotes with the support of headquarters agents and finalizes all forms needed to sale the policy. Is also responsible to process payment either to carrier or headquarters.

50% of the total amount received in commission.

Licensed agent gathers all information, process all quotes, closing the sale and servicing the client. Which may require a team of support customer service. At this level the agent should have a receptionist, customer service representative, Licensed agents, Retention specialist, Quality control representative and accounting representative.
a. The team is trained by headquarters to assure seamless and equal quality service.
Tier B and Tier C Producers shall be entitled to receive support via a periodic round table meeting between the Producers and representatives of Grassroots Insurance Group, LLC. so that all Producers have an opportunity to share their experiences and successes with the rest of the GIG and learn from each other. Once a week, or as determined by Grassroots Insurance Group, LLC., a sales meeting will be held to set up goals and monitor sales and progress of these Tier B and C Producers. Recognition of those who reach their goals will be acknowledged by their peers. Incentive programs will be implemented by offering our top Producers incentives such as periodic bonuses, dinner tickets, theater and other rewards.
